Media Buyer – Paid Social Specialist

About the role

Matcha Ventures is seeking a hands‑on Media Buyer to lead paid‑social efforts across its fast‑growing portfolio of travel, consumer, lifestyle, and education brands. You will own campaigns from strategy to creative production, scaling, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta campaigns for multiple brands and markets, controlling daily budgets and pacing.
• Conceptualize and produce static, video, and copy ad creative, delivering a steady flow of variations for testing.
• Build and iterate CBO/ABO structures, applying a structured creative‑testing framework.
• Scale profitable campaigns while monitoring CPA, ROAS, and subscription economics.
• Manage audience strategy, including targeting, exclusions, and overlap across the portfolio.
• Monitor platform changes and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and upsell flows.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of hands‑on media buying with proven profitable scaling.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and ability to explain campaign performance.
• Self‑directed, accountable, and comfortable working with real budgets.
