Motion Designer – Performance Marketing

About the role

Join Eneba’s Performance Creative team to design and produce high‑impact performance ads, brand videos, motion graphics and product tutorials. You will work closely with creative strategists, using fast‑turn production techniques and AI‑assisted workflows to deliver content that drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create performance ads, brand videos, motion graphics, tutorials and product videos from brief to final delivery.
• Adapt creatives for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and audience segments.
• Generate or source visual assets, B‑roll and reference images using AI tools.
• Produce multiple creative variations for ongoing A/B tests and use performance insights to refine hooks, pacing and messaging.
• Collaborate with creative strategists on briefs, audience targeting and campaign goals.
• Build reusable templates, maintain organized project files and stay up‑to‑date with advertising trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of video editing or motion design experience in growth marketing, preferably for mobile apps.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition and sound‑design skills.
• Ability to work quickly in a high‑volume environment while maintaining quality.
• Creative and experimental mindset with a drive to test and improve.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience using AI generation tools such as Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, Nano Banana or Claude.
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS) and how they influence creative decisions.
