About the role

The company is looking for a proactive manager to lead the acquisition of used vehicles. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing cars from a variety of sources both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Search and purchase used cars from auctions, private sellers, companies, partners and other sources in Lithuania and abroad.
• Manage the entire used‑car buying process, from initial inquiry to final contract.
• Conduct market analysis, price assessments and order‑based vehicle searches.
• Maintain and develop relationships with sellers and partners.
• Inspect vehicles and evaluate their technical condition.
• Lead purchase negotiations and draft purchase agreements.
• Prepare reports and enter data into internal systems.

Required profile

• Higher education (university degree or higher).
• Experience in automotive purchase or sales.
• Good knowledge of vehicle technical condition and market trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication and responsibility.
• Independent, organized and result‑oriented.
• Good computer skills.
• Valid driver’s licence (Category B) – mandatory.
• Excellent Lithuanian, good English; Russian is a plus.
