New Product Development Specialist – Condition Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a New Product Development Specialist to lead early‑stage development of our Condition Monitoring product line, covering sensors and data loggers for food, medical and chemical applications. The role starts as an idea validator and concept builder, with a path to Product Manager once the business case is validated.

Key responsibilities

• Research market needs, competitors, and technology trends in condition monitoring (sensors, data loggers) across food, medical, and chemical segments.
• Validate product ideas through customer discovery, prototyping, and business case development.
• Define the initial product concept: target segments, use cases, value proposition, and rough technical requirements.
• Build and pitch a validated business plan to secure go‑ahead for full development.
• Once validated, transition into Product Manager role and grow the product into a full product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales throughout the process.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, business development, or a related field (B2B/tech preferred).
• Strong analytical and business‑case‑building skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving a 0‑to‑1 process independently.
• Interest in IoT, sensors, or regulated‑industry technology (food/medical/chemical) is a plus.
• Fluent English.
