People Operations Coordinator

About the role

Eneba is looking for a People Operations Coordinator in Kaunas to run its internship hiring program end to end, from the first application to onboarding new interns. When internship season slows down, the role also covers onboarding, employee experience and general People Operations tasks. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the internship hiring program: open roles, partner with hiring managers on needs and plans, create and publish vacancies, review applications and conduct first-stage structured interviews.
• Assess motivation, communication, potential and role fit, keeping a consistent quality bar so only suitable candidates move forward.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, chase timely feedback from hiring managers and track pipelines, conversion rates and candidate quality.
• Recommend improvements to sourcing and assessment, coordinate offers, preboarding and handover to onboarding, and support onboarding schedules, documentation and equipment.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, support employee data administration, keep People documentation and trackers up to date, and support other People projects.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
• Confidence conducting structured interviews and assessing early-career candidates; strong judgment on junior talent.
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a fast-moving environment with fluctuating workload.
