Performance Creative (Digital Advertising)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Creative to shape the visual and copy direction of our digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn audience insights into compelling, performance‑driven creative assets that drive sales and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and interpret target‑group insights to guide creative strategy and messaging.
• Manage external creative resources such as actors, freelancers, and production partners.
• Develop and execute innovative, performance‑oriented creative concepts for digital ads.
• Write detailed briefs for internal and external designers, video editors, animators, and other creative professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Produce copy for ads, headlines, and calls‑to‑action focused on key performance indicators.
• Analyse ad testing results and performance data to optimise creative angles.
• Conduct competitive ad analysis and stay ahead of market trends.
• Continuously scout new ideas, emerging trends, and audience insights.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record with e‑commerce (D2C) or digital product brands; health, wellness, beauty or household goods experience is a plus.
• Experience running performance‑marketing campaigns in the USA or global markets.
• Strong performance orientation with a focus on measurable results and optimisation.
• Excellent English communication; Lithuanian fluency required for some locations.
• Portfolio or examples of successful campaigns.

What we offer

• Gross salary €2,400‑€3,200 per month.
• Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) in Vilnius.
