Performance Creative – Digital Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Creative to shape the visual and copy direction of our digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop data‑driven, high‑impact ads that drive sales and other key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and interpret audience insights to inform creative direction and messaging.
• Manage communication with external creative resources such as actors and freelancers.
• Develop and execute innovative, performance‑oriented creative strategies for digital ad campaigns.
• Write comprehensive briefs for internal and external creative professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Craft compelling copy for ads, headlines, and calls‑to‑action focused on sales or KPI goals.
• Analyse ad testing and performance data to optimise creative angles.
• Conduct competitive ad analysis and stay ahead of market trends.
• Continuously explore new ideas, emerging trends, and audience insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or related digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience with e‑commerce (D2C) or digital product brands; health, wellness, beauty or household goods is a plus.
• Experience running performance marketing campaigns, preferably in the USA or global markets.
• Strong performance orientation with a focus on measurable results and optimisation.
• Excellent English language skills; Lithuanian fluency required for some locations.
• Portfolio or examples of successful campaigns and creative work.

• Gross salary range of 2 400–3 200 EUR per month.
