Performance Creative for Social Media Ads

About the role

Fleming is looking for a Performance Creative to design high‑impact social media ads that drive measurable results. You will work closely with the product, design, and performance teams to translate data insights into compelling visual concepts that support our wellness and lifestyle apps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, and script actors.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and performance specialists to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee visual brand execution, video shoots, and post‑production processes.
• Analyze ad testing data, competitor ads, and market trends to inform creative decisions.
• Generate copy for headlines, calls‑to‑action, and short sales‑focused posts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance‑driven creative formats.
• Confidence in interpreting campaign metrics and making data‑based creative decisions.
• Curiosity about fitness, wellness, lifestyle trends, and social media content.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas, test new approaches, and tell compelling stories.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating briefs and scripts for visual content.
• Ability to analyze advertising performance data.
• Experience with copywriting for digital ads.
