About the role

The Personnel Assistant will support the HR team of a leading pharmacy chain by handling employee documentation, maintaining HR information systems, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations. This position offers the chance to develop HR expertise in a dynamic, employee‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and organize employee documentation and personal data.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating daily HR processes and administrative queries.
• Support the planning and execution of internal trainings, events, and other employee experience initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment activities and other HR projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the HR team.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Initiative and a responsible approach to tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within HR.
