About the role

The Recruitment Manager will actively search for and attract pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates for pharmacist and pharmacy assistant positions.
• Organise and conduct the entire recruitment process, including interviews and feedback to candidates and managers.
• Analyse labour‑market trends and implement effective talent‑attraction strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and manage recruitment channels.
• Operate under a mobile work organisation principle, allowing flexibility in work location.

Required profile

• Higher university education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
• At least 2 years of experience in active recruitment or sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Organised, quick to orient, and good at planning work time.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
