About the role

ALTAS AUTO, a leading manufacturer of small and medium‑size buses, is looking for a Personnel and Recruitment Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires and supporting employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Define staffing needs with managers, create job ads and actively source candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes and extend offers.
• Collaborate with recruitment and temporary‑staffing partners, ensuring smooth communication and result evaluation.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions, represent the company at career events and manage internship programmes.
• Design and coordinate onboarding, involving managers and mentors.
• Plan, organise and evaluate training programmes together with HR leadership.
• Maintain accurate personnel documentation, ensure data confidentiality and legal compliance.
• Provide HR advice to colleagues, digitise HR processes and contribute to additional HR projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing and selection; experience in manufacturing or engineering recruitment is a plus.
• Hands‑on knowledge of personnel administration and the Labour Code.
• Experience with document‑management systems and electronic signing; familiarity with BSS IT document management is advantageous.
• Higher education, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑starter attitude, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
