About the role

Rimi is looking for an HR Specialist on a fixed‑term contract to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding. You will work closely with managers and staff, ensuring compliance with Lithuanian labour law and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR processes, including hiring, contract changes, and terminations.
• Maintain and archive personnel documents.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on labour law and HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and calculate payroll supplements.
• Manage HR projects and conduct training sessions for supervisors.
• Suggest and implement improvements to company processes.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 1 year of experience in HR.
• Good knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it daily.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills and good English; Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (advantageous).
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• General proficiency with HR information systems.
