About the role

The company is looking for a Personnel Specialist to manage all aspects of HR documentation, reporting, scheduling and employee lifecycle processes. You will work closely with regional fuel stations and support the HR team in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, orders and other HR documents.
• Submit timely SODRA notifications (e.g., 1‑SD, 2‑SD, 9‑SD) to the social security authority.
• Coordinate regional fuel‑station work schedules, verify and fill time‑keeping sheets, and ensure accurate time accounting.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and manage termination procedures in line with the Lithuanian Labor Code.
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports for management and other internal structures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personnel administration or accounting, preferably in retail, manufacturing or services.
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor Code and HR document management.
• Experience with shift schedules and time‑keeping tables.
• Ability to handle large information flows, with high attention to detail, responsibility and organization.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with relevant HR software (experience with PayPremium is a plus).
