About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding processes for warehouse staff, drivers, and foreign employees. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates and ensure smooth integration of new hires within our dynamic logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment for warehouse workers and Category B drivers.
• Actively source candidates, initiate contact, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate the search, hiring, and onboarding of foreign citizens.
• Communicate with foreign employees and provide guidance on employment matters.
• Collaborate with department heads to guarantee timely staffing levels.
• Maintain personnel documents and data within HR systems.
• Support additional HR projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Practical experience hiring foreign citizens in Lithuania.
• Proven experience in candidate selection and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and ability to apply it.
• Fluent English (required); Russian language skills are a plus.
