Personnel Recruitment Manager

About the role

As a Personnel Recruitment Manager you will lead the search and attraction of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants for our growing pharmacy network. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source and engage pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
• Organise and execute the entire recruitment process, including interviews and feedback loops.
• Analyse labour‑market trends and implement effective talent‑attraction strategies.
• Maintain candidate search channels and manage the candidate database.
• Work using mobile organisational principles to ensure flexibility.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum bachelor’s level).
• At least 2 years of experience in active recruitment or sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Highly organised with good time‑management skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
