Product Manager (Lending Platform)

About the role

We're growing our product team and are looking for a Product Manager to lead a product area of our lending platform. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business, decide what's worth building, and work with the team to deliver it. You'll own the roadmap for your area and collaborate daily with delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area and decide what the team works on next.
• Get to know clients and their businesses, monitor the market and competitors, and identify problems worth solving.
• Test ideas with data and client feedback before the team invests in them.
• Work with delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver them in small, valuable steps.
• Set clear goals, measure outcomes, and keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Experience in B2B software or financial services (lending or funding) is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to make prioritization decisions with incomplete information and explain the reasoning.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence working with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile teams and openness to feedback.
