Production Line Operator (Shift Work)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing plant. You will work on automated equipment, ensure product quality and support the smooth operation of the production line on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, service and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare raw materials for the production process according to instructions.
• Guarantee product quality in line with established standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Work full‑time on a rotating schedule (3 day shifts, 3 days off, 3 night shifts, 3 days off).

Required profile

• General computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for shift work.
• English language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
