About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our Strategic Clients department, focusing on transport and logistics insurance solutions. You will build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and insurance brokers while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen business relationships with transport and logistics sector clients and insurance brokers.
• Analyse client needs, prepare tailored insurance proposals and negotiate terms.
• Participate in negotiations and coordinate the smooth implementation of insurance solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and support the execution of the sales strategy.
• Ensure high‑quality service for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments throughout the insurance lifecycle, from terms negotiation to claims handling.

Required profile

• Higher university education or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge and experience in the insurance field.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency with computers and digital work tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented, initiative‑driven, responsible and result‑focused.
• Commitment to high business‑ethics standards.
