Purchasing Manager (Pirkimų vadovas)

About the role

You will shape and continuously improve the procurement strategy for a large restaurant group, overseeing purchasing processes across all business units. The role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth supply chain that supports the company’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and refine the group‑wide purchasing strategy.
• Manage strategic relationships with existing suppliers and identify new partners locally and internationally.
• Lead negotiations on price, delivery terms, quality standards and long‑term contracts.
• Organise supplier selections, evaluate proposals and choose the most cost‑effective solutions.
• Analyse purchasing data, market trends and competitive environment to drive efficiency improvements.
• Monitor contract compliance, pricing and ensure uninterrupted supply across the group.
• Collaborate with restaurant, production and other department heads to optimise the supply chain.
• Control the purchasing budget and contribute to profit growth by optimising processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in HORECA or food production.
• Proven track record in strategic purchasing, supplier negotiations and relationship management.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, planning and organisational abilities.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using an ERP system, preferably SH5.
