QA Engineer – Build AI‑Driven Quality Flows

About the role

iToDEV is looking for a hands‑on QA Engineer who will own the AI‑driven quality engineering direction across our web and mobile projects. You will turn quality risks into reliable technical solutions and embed testing into our delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse specifications, user journeys, architecture and code changes to spot hidden quality risks.
• Define and implement end‑to‑end tests, API checks, visual regression, accessibility, performance, security and exploratory testing where appropriate.
• Build and maintain automated quality flows inside project repositories and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI coding agents to research approaches, generate tests, investigate failures and improve existing automation.
• Convert repetitive manual regression into stable automation while using exploratory testing for complex scenarios.
• Investigate flaky tests and noisy pipelines to ensure consistent results.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, product managers and designers to make quality a shared responsibility.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in quality engineering, test automation or software engineering.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, test architecture and risk‑based testing.
• Ability to work with code, Git, repositories, APIs, development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience building or significantly improving at least one automated quality flow.
• Self‑starter who can choose suitable frameworks and test types without waiting for direction.
