Senior Business & System Analyst – Cards Domain

About the role

Join Luminor’s Cards team as a Senior Business & System Analyst. You will bridge business needs and technology, driving scalable solutions for card issuing and payment journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Conduct impact assessments across systems, integrations and customer journeys.
• Design solution concepts and collaborate on APIs, data flows and integration architecture.
• Support delivery of new products, regulatory changes and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure quality of requirements throughout development, testing and implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in Agile product environments and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong requirements engineering, documentation and process‑modeling skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently from discovery to implementation.
• Fluent English communication for collaboration across the Baltics.

What we offer

• Gross salary €4,010‑€6,010 per month, based on experience.
