R&D Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious R&D Project Manager to own our newest product ideas, guiding them from early hypothesis through to a validated MVP. You will work closely with the founder and a small, senior team in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive new product initiatives from concept to validated opportunity.
• Continuously explore market, customer, and competitor insights to uncover real potential.
• Set direction, define priorities, and keep projects moving forward even when the path is unclear.
• Build strong testing approaches, learn quickly from results, and iterate until success.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to accelerate decision‑making and exploration.
• Turn setbacks into learning, adjust strategies, and persist toward outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with the founder, taking full ownership of decisions and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑moving digital, marketing or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong commercial and marketing mindset focused on growth and business potential.
• Track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives forward.
