About the role

Vesta Consulting, a leading sustainability consultancy in the Baltics and part of the global Kiwa Group, is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to strengthen its brand across the region and support international marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing and communications plan.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Administer social media channels, create textual and visual content, and run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms.
• Coordinate multi‑channel service marketing campaigns, Google Ads and PR activities with external partners.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and provide insights to senior management.
• Maintain and improve the company website on WordPress.
• Ensure consistent visual identity during the integration of the Vesta brand into Kiwa.
• Prepare presentations, promotional materials and design assets.
• Organise participation in conferences, trade shows and internal events.
• Oversee the CRM system, collect client feedback and coordinate satisfaction surveys.
• Produce newsletters and drive email‑marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants and sales teams to create content that supports revenue growth and reinforces the firm’s expert image.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a B2B professional‑services environment.
• Hands‑on experience planning and managing marketing projects and budgets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn advertising and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email‑marketing tools.
