About the role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our fashion retail team at the Ozas store in Vilnius. You will be the face of the brand, providing personalized advice and ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers on product selection and provide tailored recommendations.
• Handle various store operations and maintain active communication with shoppers.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service before, during, and after purchases.
• Participate in sales‑promotion initiatives and support merchandising activities.

Required profile

• Commitment to impeccable and quality customer service.
• Positive attitude within a team‑oriented environment.
• Experience or training in retail sales and customer service is a plus.
