Sales Manager – American Market (EV Charging)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive our EV charging portfolio in the American market from our Vilnius office. You will be responsible for generating new business, presenting solutions and representing Teltonika at international events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns and social media outreach.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations of EV charging solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, contacts and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Travel internationally to attend exhibitions, industry events and customer meetings.
• Work closely with technical support and product specialists to tailor solutions to customer needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in export or B2B environments, with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, organized and motivated to succeed.
• Experience selling EV charging stations or related products is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM usage for managing sales pipelines.
