Sales Manager for Children’s Online Courses (Remote)

About the role

Join Kodland, an international online school that helps kids and teens master digital skills. As a Sales Manager you will guide families through live demo lessons, showcase the learning format and turn interest into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 50‑minute online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents.
• Present Kodland’s courses, help families select the right program, and convert warm leads into enrollments.
• Build trust with parents and students, address objections, and motivate learners to start their journey.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for confident conversations with parents and students.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings (starting at 14:00 US time) and one weekend day of choice, about 25 hours per week.
• Reliable technical setup: PC with ≥8 GB RAM, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection.
