Salon Consultant – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

Join the Telia salon team in Vilnius as a consultant who assists customers in selecting the right technology solutions and provides excellent service in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the salon to select appropriate products and services.
• Provide advice on phones, plans and other technology solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Manage the sales process and contract signing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during each visit.

Required profile

• Enjoy communicating with people and have a curiosity for technology.
• Motivated to achieve results and earn performance‑based bonuses.
• Fluent in Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work full‑time in a retail environment.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
