Senior Graphic Designer / Brand & Creative Lead

About the role

Boldr is building the future of residential energy management and needs a senior graphic designer to shape its visual identity across every customer touchpoint. You will own visual creative direction, develop concepts, and translate open‑ended briefs into polished, distinctive designs that support both user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve Boldr’s visual identity, create moodboards and maintain consistent brand direction across digital and physical assets.
• Design email campaigns, newsletters, product announcements and lifecycle communications with clear hierarchy and mobile‑friendly layouts.
• Produce landing pages, website and product page designs in Figma, ready for development.
• Create packaging, labels, inserts, quick‑start guides and other print materials, delivering production‑ready files.
• Develop visual concepts for product launches and marketing campaigns, spanning email, web, social and advertising.
• Generate static ads, carousel graphics and social media assets that balance brand quality with performance goals.
• Design sales collateral, partner co‑branded materials and product one‑pagers.
• Translate technical product information into diagrams, infographics and educational visuals.
• Guide photography, illustration and other creative assets, collaborating with video editors and external creatives.
• Own projects from brief to final delivery, presenting rationale, incorporating feedback and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showing cohesive branding across multiple formats.
• Ability to develop original concepts and carry them through to finished work.
• Excellent visual judgment in typography, composition, color and hierarchy.
• Professional or native‑level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Email design and responsive web/landing‑page design.
• Packaging and print production knowledge (dielines, bleeds, color specs).
• Ability to simplify complex product information into clear visuals.

What we offer

• Salary €2,000–€3,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Remote‑first work mode with occasional visits to the Kaunas office for team activities.
