Senior HR Specialist – Total Rewards & Performance Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to lead Total Rewards and Performance Management across our Lithuanian operations. You will partner with managers, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation data, consistent HR policy application, and effective support for salary reviews and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full performance management cycle – planning, communication, system setup, timelines, reporting, calibrations and manager support.
• Administer compensation and benefits processes, including health insurance, allowances, reward programs and bonus data validation.
• Maintain salary ranges, grade maps and drive the annual salary review with accurate data and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure consistency between HRIS, payroll and Finance records and produce regular HR reports.
• Collaborate on budget preparation, salary forecasting and HR data reconciliation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters and enforce HR policies.
• Manage organizational structure data, FTE records and organizational charts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR experience in a global or fast‑growing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with performance management, compensation and benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
