Senior Paid Social Media Specialist

About the role

Artea bank is looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist to grow customer acquisition across its digital channels. You will plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, using data, experimentation and audience insights to deliver measurable business results. The role blends analytical thinking with creative testing to improve acquisition efficiency, lead quality and conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding strategies and overall campaign performance.
• Test creatives, messaging, audiences and offers to continuously improve results.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Product and Sales teams to drive acquisition and conversion.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other paid social platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Performance‑marketing mindset with knowledge of CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
