Senior Product Owner

About the role

As a Senior Product Owner reporting to the Director of Product Delivery, you will shape the user experience and product direction of Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance platform, a leading compliance solution used globally. You will work closely with clients and development teams to turn complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog.
• Engage directly with clients to gather insights and define requirements.
• Partner with developers, QA engineers, and delivery specialists to ensure high-quality, on-time product increments.
• Define acceptance criteria and review completed work to maintain quality standards.
• Align product strategy with broader business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar client‑facing product role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator experienced in agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex business needs into deliverables.
