Senior Project Manager

About the role

Benifex is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own a diverse portfolio of customer‑facing projects across its global client base. You will guide initiatives from the first sales conversation through go‑live and hyper‑care, ensuring each delivery meets scope, budget, and timeline expectations while creating lasting value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, from initiation to successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and timeline constraints.
• Balance customer expectations with commercial objectives to achieve profitable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level project manager in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align project delivery to business goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of building trusted customer relationships.
• Comfortable handling multiple concurrent projects and adapting to changing priorities.
