Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead implementation, testing, and data migration activities across multiple SuccessFactors modules. You will work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions that support the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Workforce Time Management.
• Configure solutions, execute testing, track defects, and ensure solution quality.
• Perform data migration, validation, and data‑quality activities.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyse HR processes and gather requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or support.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in testing, defect management, and data migration activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
