About the role

Vinted is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of engineering talent across its Marketplace, Payments and Vinted Go units. This 12‑month fixed‑term position focuses on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Own the end‑to‑end hiring process: job posting, proactive sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain talent pools using job boards, employee referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on recruitment projects and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering a positive candidate experience.
