Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Vinted is looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the hiring of top‑tech talent across engineering, product, data, design and research. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will support the company’s rapid growth by ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and delivering the right people to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical tech functions.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, employer branding and other cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in tech.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, international environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs.

Required skills

• Expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent interview and assessment techniques.
