SEO/GEO Specialist

About the role

Guideless is seeking a full‑time SEO and GEO Specialist to lead organic growth for its AI‑driven training platform. Based on‑site in Vilnius, you will shape the strategy that drives traffic from traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered discovery tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s SEO and GEO strategy.
• Identify high‑impact content opportunities throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate content creation with copywriters, founders, freelancers and an external SEO agency.
• Improve on‑page SEO, internal linking, metadata, site structure and technical SEO in partnership with engineering.
• Continuously optimise existing pages based on rankings, traffic, conversions and product updates.
• Monitor performance across Google and AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
• Spot opportunities to increase visibility in AI‑generated search results.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and content optimisation.
• Stay current with algorithm changes, AI search trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing organic traffic for a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, keyword research, search intent and content optimisation.
• Knowledge of how AI‑driven search is reshaping discovery and enthusiasm for experimenting with GEO tactics.
• Highly analytical with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple projects.
