About the role

We are looking for a professional to manage our ongoing presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and to run occasional Meta Ads campaigns (2‑4 times per year). The collaboration can be with a single specialist covering both areas or with two separate experts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and administer communication on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create and adapt text, visual content and Reels using existing video material or producing new clips from idea to final product.
• Develop and publish Stories, adapt content for each platform, and ensure timely publication of pre‑approved material.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide proactive suggestions for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Design Meta Ads campaign strategy, set up and launch campaigns, define audiences, manage budgets, and perform ongoing optimisation.
• Analyse campaign results, present findings in clear language and recommend actions for future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in social media communication and/or Meta Ads, with a portfolio of past work.
• Highly autonomous, reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines without constant supervision.
• Self‑starter who proposes ideas, asks questions when needed and incorporates feedback.
• Values aligned with the health sector and commits to ethical, non‑manipulative communication.
