About the role

We are looking for a Store Director to lead the opening and daily operations of a new JYSK store in Vilnius, located on Ukmergės street. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, customer‑focused environment while driving sales and managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate the store team, planning work schedules and assigning tasks.
• Control sales performance and store processes, monitoring key metrics.
• Manage product assortment, visual merchandising, and price adjustments.
• Maintain store documentation and administrative records.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Experience in retail or team leadership.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong initiative, independence, responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
