Subpoena Specialist (French‑Speaker)

About the role

The Subpoena Specialist will work within the Compliance department of Ria Money Transfer, handling judicial requests from French law‑enforcement and judicial authorities. The role involves retrieving client information, preparing data, and communicating results to authorities while ensuring strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming judicial subpoenas in order of receipt, following established procedures.
• Conduct thorough searches in internal systems to locate relevant client records.
• Export and format data in Excel for further analysis and reporting.
• Block client accounts when required by the request.
• Deliver the requested information to authorities within mandated deadlines.
• Respond to police inquiries by explaining search parameters and results.
• Maintain and update the internal reporting table for compliance tracking.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• High‑level proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data extraction, sorting, and formatting.
