Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

Moog is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join its Quality Assurance team in Vilnius. You will play a key part in ensuring that our suppliers meet the high standards required for our products, working closely with purchasing, manufacturing, and global quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Supplier Quality Function in line with procedures, standards and regulations.
• Execute supplier audits, lead the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) process and maintain related metrics.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to monitor supplier performance and evaluate suppliers through surveys, on‑site audits or other approved methods.
• Investigate non‑conforming raw materials, review NCRs and support the Material Review Board (MRB).
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier files, Approved Supplier List and supplier quality agreements.
• Support internal and external audits, create audit checklists, perform audits and document observations.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects, cost‑saving programs and global supplier quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Willingness to work onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Ability to report to the Quality Assurance Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
