Talent Acquisition Partner – IT Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for Nord Security’s IT teams, supporting product engineering, infrastructure, core, threat protection and product security departments. You will act as a strategic hiring advisor, ensuring a strong cultural and professional fit for each position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple IT functions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop deep knowledge of Nord Security products and hiring needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and test innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through professional networking.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful IT recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and social platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent English.
