About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our established recruitment team. You will act as an internal partner for the entire group of companies, handling end‑to‑end hiring processes for a wide range of positions, from specialists to senior managers across Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from need definition with hiring managers to extending offers.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies, evaluate the talent market and select the most effective channels.
• Conduct active candidate searches, including direct outreach.
• Lead interviews, assess experience, competencies, motivation and fit for each role.
• Ensure a professional, consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential candidates and talent communities.
• Manage candidate data, talent pool and recruitment workflow in the Teamtailor ATS.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, advising on market trends, sourcing tactics and candidate evaluation.
• Support hiring managers in strengthening their recruitment competence and making data‑driven hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of independent full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to manage the entire hiring process from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing methods and tools.
• Capability to attract candidates for niche or complex positions.
• Adept at analysing talent markets and adapting sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills when working with managers at all levels.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
