About the role

We are looking for a qualified lawyer to join our legal team in Vilnius. The role involves representing the company before Lithuanian courts and administrative bodies, handling electronic case management, and supporting debt‑collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Lithuanian Courts Electronic Services Portal (EPP) to file and monitor cases.
• Represent the company in all instances of general jurisdiction, administrative courts, pre‑trial dispute resolution bodies and other institutions.
• Draft claims, statements, appeals, complaints, and other procedural documents required for case handling.
• Participate in debt‑collection procedures and prepare related documentation.
• Analyze court practice, summarize findings and propose methodological recommendations.
• Prepare minutes for the Real Estate Register dispute commission meetings.

Required profile

• Higher university degree in law (bachelor + master or integrated master) or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to apply Lithuanian and EU legislation to the tasks at hand.
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian.
• Strong analytical, systematic and summarisation skills.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, result orientation and professional reputation.
