About the role

Everwest is seeking a motivated lawyer to join its logistics team. You will support the company’s commercial activities by ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks across contracts and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, evaluate and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including freight forwarding, leasing and service agreements.
• Identify legal risks, provide recommendations and advise employees on daily civil and commercial law matters.
• Draft procedural documents, official letters and responses to state authorities and business partners.
• Maintain and update internal regulations, policies, rules and other corporate documentation.
• Participate in company and group projects, assess their legal aspects and deliver actionable advice.
• Manage relationships with external legal partners and other service providers.

Required profile

• University degree in law.
• Minimum of one year of professional legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law with the ability to apply it in practice.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute tasks independently and on time.
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for work outcomes.
• Experience in transport, logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
