Transportation Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Transportation Logistics Manager to lead our transport operations in Kaunas. The role focuses on coordinating fleet activities, managing schedules, and ensuring high‑quality service for our clients across the EU market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport operations, including dispatch and expedition of tautliner trucks.
• Coordinate fleet management, ensuring vehicle availability, maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and monitor transport schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong client relationships, handling inquiries and service issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to EU transportation regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the EU transport market, especially with tautliner vehicles.
• Strong background in expedition/dispatch and fleet coordination.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge of French or German is a major advantage.
• Educational background in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable.
