UX/CRO Consultant (User Experience & Conversion Optimization)

About the role

We are looking for a UX/CRO Consultant to own the full research‑to‑recommendation loop for our clients. You will dig into data, identify user friction points, build a solid case for change and present your findings directly to paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including funnel analysis, usability testing and heuristic reviews.
• Synthesize data into actionable UX audits and CRO recommendations.
• Create simple wireframes or sketches to illustrate proposed changes.
• Present findings and defend recommendations in client meetings.
• Run A/B tests alongside the CRO team when traffic volume permits.
• Maintain and improve existing research workflows, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience presenting research findings directly to paying clients.
• Ability to scope, execute, analyse and deliver research end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative analysis tools.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and working‑level English.
