Vadovas (-ė) – senior manager for social innovation institute

About the role

The National Institute of Social Integration is seeking a senior manager to ensure the sustainable operation of the institute and to lead its strategic development into a new growth phase. The role combines overall organisational leadership with the ability to nurture existing programmes while identifying opportunities for expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor the institute’s strategic plan.
• Lead the team of programme heads, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Oversee financial results, cash‑flow management and long‑term financial sustainability.
• Improve organisational models, processes and governance systems as the institute scales.
• Identify and develop new social‑innovation projects, business models and investment opportunities.
• Promote an inclusive, responsibility‑driven culture and ensure a supportive work environment.
• Represent the institute externally, building strategic partnerships with public, non‑profit and private sectors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial and administrative obligations of the legal entity.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution for complex organisations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and programmes.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience ensuring long‑term sustainability.
