The organization "Baltoji banga" seeks a passionate leader to continue its mission of promoting fiscal transparency and ethical conduct in Lithuania. You will inherit a legacy of reducing salary payments in cash and fostering a culture of honest tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the "Baltoji banga" community and act as its public face.
• Recruit and coordinate organizations to become transparency ambassadors.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase public awareness and pressure for transparent practices.
• Monitor progress on reducing cash‑salary usage and tax gaps.
• Represent the movement in media, events, and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to transparency, anti‑corruption, and ethical governance.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in NGOs or community initiatives.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to inspire volunteers and partner organizations.
