About the role

Everwest is looking for a motivated professional to lead driver recruitment and selection. You will shape the talent acquisition strategy for a logistics company that values quality, reliability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.
• Create and publish job ads, monitor performance and continuously improve results.
• Identify and test new channels for attracting drivers.
• Develop and execute a driver recruitment strategy, increasing its efficiency over time.
• Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial phone interviews and manage the full hiring process from attraction to onboarding.

Required profile

• Experience working with foreign markets.
• Strong Russian language skills (B2 or higher) – spoken and written.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication, fast orientation and time‑management abilities.
• Motivation to achieve high results.
