About the role

Ignitis Group is looking for a Business Process Architecture Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Group's process architecture. You will ensure that processes are clear, comparable, measurable and auditable across all companies in the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a unified process map and taxonomy from high‑level (L0) to detailed levels.
• Define process description standards and guarantee their consistent application across the Group.
• Coordinate architecture initiatives with business units, gather requirements and manage timelines.
• Support the deployment and evolution of the process‑management tool, ensuring data quality and user adoption.
• Assess process maturity, identify automation and control improvement opportunities, and reduce duplication.
• Promote a culture of process ownership, transparency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Process Management, Economics, Information Systems, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in process management, improvement or architecture, preferably across multiple functions or companies.
• Proven experience creating and governing process architectures and standards.
• Ability to work with process‑modeling tools and manage process data quality.
